August 18, 2006 - The last 60 days have been a true transformation for me. Two months ago I was still breastfeeding my daughter who is going to be 3 yrs old next month. I wanted to get back into shape, but I knew I would need some kind of program or product to give me the kick start I needed. Once I learned about Stack and heard about the results other people were getting with it, I was very anxious to try it but had to wait until the time was right for me and my toddler. The news about the contest made me take immediate action and I made her stop "cold turkey".

I started doing the Ice Cream Drink twice a day and also using the Tune Up caps and Nitro Boost as well as A.C.T. Energy Drink daily. The only thing I may have done a little different than some other people is I continued to eat out at restaurants every day. One reason is because we work at home and we love to get out of the house for a little while. The other reason is I wanted to see what kind of results I would get using the program without dieting.

I also immediately started working out at the gym 5-6 days a week alternating weight training and cardio days. Because of this I know I can't necessarily go only by weight loss alone because when you lift weights properly you are building muscle which weighs more than fat and muscle takes up 5 times less space than fat, so you are indeed losing more inches and toning up.

People started noticing that I was shrinking and that was great encouragement. I feel I was stuck in a rut and using Stack and A.C.T. daily helped me to achieve my goals. I am not done with my ultimate goals yet. I still want to lose 1 or 2 more sizes in my clothes by my 40 th birthday, which is coming up in a few months. When I started out in June I was growing out of my misses size 12 clothes and last week I worked up the nerve to see if any of my misses size 6 clothes fit and they did! That was proof enough for me that what I am doing is really working and I am super excited about the results.

The scariest part was hoping there was a significant difference from my before pictures to my after pictures and I just got a chance to look at them and compare them and I have to say I am very pleased with my success so far and I will also say I have had lots of fun getting creative with all the new recipes I made with the Ice Cream Drink. I added different ingredients and flavorings to make it more interesting, though I also like it by itself and on the days I am really concerned about calories or fat, I just drink it with water and that is good too.

I am very excited! Yesterday I went shopping for some new stylish jeans that fit me and I wasn't sure what size to be looking for so I would try some on then re-evaluate what size I thought I needed. By the time I was done, the perfect jeans I bought were a misses size 6 and they didn't have any stretch to them! Wow! I have lost about 4 more pounds since last week and I couldn't be more excited. I still have some fat to lose, but I am feeling really good about how I look in my clothes right now.

More photos will be coming and another video soon when I can make time to do it. We are buying a new house near the lake and selling our current house, so as you can imagine, things are crazy here.
